Basic design, safety calculations and 3D view work on every plan. On Free, you can download 10 on-site photo mock-ups (PNG) a month (with a watermark over the whole photo), save and open your work in this browser's library and in the cloud, and download the admin backup (company values). Advanced design features such as SVG upload, custom fonts and advanced cards, and downloading 3D print files (STL, 3MF) and documents such as quotes start with Basic; cut drawings (DXF, SVG) start with Pro. Free doesn't register printers — it checks fit with one default printer. The Free plan is free in every country, with no time limit.

Here is who each plan is for, with a one-line summary. Free (trying it out, students, show visitors) — basic design, safety calculations and 3D view, free. Basic (one-person workshop, 1 printer) — print files, custom styles, customer documents, 3 quotes a month. Pro (sign makers, sign shops, 3D print bureaus) — cut drawings, LED editing, unlimited quotes, up to 5 printers. Business (production plants, multiple sites, 5+ printers) — unlimited printers and customer management, plus client view, your own brand and 3 users (planned). Monthly allowances: 3 quotes a month on Basic, and on-site mock-ups 10 a month on Free, 30 on Basic and 50 on Pro. 3D printers you can register: 1 on Basic, up to 5 on Pro and unlimited on Business (Free checks fit with one default printer, no registration). No. From Basic up, you can download 3D print files such as STL and 3MF as many times as you like. Monthly limits apply only to quotes (3 a month on Basic, including price calculation and quote preview) and on-site mock-ups (10 a month on Free, 30 on Basic, 50 on Pro). A quote counts once, the first time you download it under a new quote number (downloading the same number again after edits doesn't count), and each new mock-up image counts once (downloading the same image again doesn't). Price calculations and previews aren't counted separately, and downloads that failed because of a system error don't count.

On paid subscriptions, monthly limits reset each month on the same day of the month as your subscription start date (payment date), including for yearly subscriptions. In months without that day, they reset on the last day of the month. Accounts without a paid subscription (such as Free) reset the same way, counted from the day the account was created; you can see the next reset date on your account page. Unused allowances don't roll over. Downloads that fail because of a system error don't count toward your limit, and any that were counted are restored.

Yes, if you have a promo code. Enter it when you sign up to get the offer set for that code (such as a Pro trial), with no card needed. An offer from the same event or promotion applies only once per email address (mailbox); this also applies if you delete your account and sign up again with the same mailbox within one year. Promo codes can only be entered when you sign up and can't be applied to an existing account later. When the offer ends, you aren't charged automatically — your account moves to the Free plan. If you sign up without a code, you start on the Free plan. You're only charged if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

Each account is for one person. You can't share your login details with others or transfer your account. Free can be used on 1 PC, Basic on 2 PCs, Pro on 3 PCs and Business on 3 PCs per person, counted as the number of places where the account can stay signed in at the same time (each browser counts as one place — a private window counts as one too, and tabs in the same browser count once). If you're already signed in at that many places, signing in somewhere new asks you to choose one place to sign out of; a place that hasn't been used for more than 15 minutes is signed out first. You can see and sign out of these places under "Signed-in devices" on your account page. A signed-out editor can't make new edits, but you can still save your work there. 3 users on Business (inviting team members) and buying additional users for Pro and Business (one at a time) are planned.

Yes. All prices shown include tax (such as VAT or consumption tax), and the amount shown is the amount you pay. As the seller, we handle taxes as required by applicable law; PayPal only processes the payment. For yearly subscriptions, the card shows the monthly equivalent in large type, but you pay for the full year at once (the billing line on the card shows the yearly amount).

We sell paid subscriptions directly as the seller, and payments are processed through our payment processor, PayPal, in Japanese yen (JPY) or US dollars (USD). PayPal emails payment notices to the address on your PayPal account. Paid subscriptions can't be purchased from Korea right now.

You're charged in Japanese yen (JPY) on the Japanese page and in US dollars (USD) on the English page; check the amount on the checkout screen, then approve the automatic payment in PayPal. You choose your payment method on the PayPal screen. Any foreign transaction or currency conversion fees charged by your card issuer, bank or PayPal are your responsibility.

A yearly subscription is paid for the full year at once and costs less than paying monthly (the discount varies by plan and is shown on each card). Both renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Monthly limits reset every month on yearly subscriptions too. Subscriptions paid with PayPal can't switch billing periods directly: cancel your current subscription, then subscribe with the billing period you want after the current period ends.

If a renewal payment fails, PayPal retries it under its own policies (currently up to 2 more times at 5-day intervals, according to PayPal). PayPal sends the notices about the failure and the retries, and you can update or add a payment method in your PayPal account. You can keep using paid features for 7 days from the time PayPal reports the failure; after that, your access is limited to what you had before subscribing. If a retry succeeds, your access returns to normal. If the retries also fail, PayPal suspends the automatic payment: it isn't resumed or charged again automatically, and we don't separately charge the unpaid amount. To use paid features again, cancel the current subscription, then subscribe again. You can cancel in your PayPal account's automatic payment settings (for 7 days from the failure notice, you can also use Cancel subscription on your account page). A subscription whose payment has failed ends immediately when you cancel it. If you need help, please contact us.

If you have a promo code, enter it when you sign up to get the offer set for that code (such as a Pro trial). That offer has no automatic charge. EXPO15 trade show offer: if you sign up with a code from our trade show booth and make your first annual-plan payment between October 21, 2026 at 00:00 GMT+9 and October 23, 2026 at 23:59 GMT+9 (the show period), you can use the plan for 15 months at the annual price. Paying at the booth or online during the period both count, as long as payment is completed by the deadline. It applies once per account, does not apply when switching a monthly subscription to annual, and applies regardless of payment method. For any other discount or promotion, we will state the discount, how long or how many times it applies, who is eligible, and the deadline to sign up.

Subscriptions paid with PayPal can't switch plans or billing periods directly. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and you can subscribe to the plan you want after that period ends. There's no prorated refund and no charge for the difference with the new plan.

You can cancel at any time. Log in and use Cancel subscription on your account page, or cancel the automatic payment for this service in your PayPal account. Either way, you won't be charged at the next renewal, and you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't give prorated refunds for the remaining period.

If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment (once per account) or within 14 days of a yearly renewal, you will receive a full refund, whether or not you have used the service. Monthly renewal payments are generally not eligible for a refund. Exceptions apply where a refund is made under applicable law (such as the 7-day right of withdrawal for consumers in Korea), and you can cancel at any time before your next renewal. Once a first-payment or yearly-renewal refund, or a refund after a withdrawal by a consumer in Korea, is completed, the subscription ends immediately. Duplicate charges and billing errors are refunded regardless of timing, and in that case your subscription continues. If a payment you did not make (for example, one made with a stolen card) is refunded, any subscription started or renewed by that payment ends immediately. A payment for a new subscription after you cancel to change plans is not eligible for the first-payment refund (except for the right of withdrawal of consumers in Korea). Periods are counted from the day after the payment date, and requests made by 24:00 Korea time on the last day are within the period. Consumers whose billing country is Korea can withdraw within 7 days of each payment date — first or renewal payments, monthly or yearly — and receive a full refund of that payment. Once the withdrawal is complete, the subscription ends immediately. Paid subscriptions can't be purchased from Korea right now. Read the Refund Policy

When a subscription ends, for example because you cancel or a payment fails, your account moves to the Free plan. We don't delete projects you saved to the cloud. While your saved projects exceed the Free plan's cloud storage limit, you can't save new projects or overwrite existing ones, but you can still open, download, rename and delete them. Files you downloaded during your subscription remain yours to use after it ends, and we don't delete projects in your browser's library.

If we change the price of a subscription you're using, we will notify you by email or other means at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and the new price applies from your first renewal after that date. It doesn't apply to periods you've already paid for. If you don't agree to the new price, you can cancel before that renewal.
