Consent to Receive Marketing Emails

OHSUNG SYSTEM CO., LTD. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") sends marketing emails about SignForge (the "Service"), such as news about new features and offers, only to users who ask to receive them. This document explains what you agree to when you opt in to marketing emails (optional). If you don't agree, it won't affect signing up for or using the Service.

If you agree, we send you:

1. News about new features and updates to the Service
2. Discounts and promotions (including trade show offers)
3. Event announcements
4. Invitations to surveys that help us improve the Service

If we want to send other kinds of information, we will ask for your consent again as described in Section 9.

3. How We Send It

1. We send these emails to the email address you signed up with. We don't send them by text message, phone call, or app notification.
2. We don't send them between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. Korea Standard Time (KST).
3. Each marketing email is labeled as advertising at the start of the subject line and includes our name, postal address, and contact details, as well as how to unsubscribe (withdraw your consent). Unsubscribing is free.
4. We send them in the language set for your account (English, Japanese, or Korean).
5. Emails you need to use the Service, such as sign-up verification, password change alerts, billing and subscription notices, and notices of changes to our terms, are not marketing emails, so we send them regardless of this consent.

4. Personal Information We Use and How Long We Keep It

1. Personal information we use: your email address and your language setting (the language of our emails to you)
2. Consent records: whether you agreed or withdrew and when, the version (effective date) of this document and of our Privacy Policy in effect at that time, and the first part of your IP address (/24 for IPv4, /48 for IPv6)
3. Retention: we use your information to send marketing emails until you withdraw your consent or delete your account. We keep consent records until you delete your account, to show that we obtained your consent.
4. For other matters about how we handle personal information, our Privacy Policy applies (see Section 1, item 7, among others).

5. Your Right Not to Agree

You don't have to give this consent. It is optional, and not agreeing won't affect signing up for or using the Service in any way.

6. How to Agree and How to Withdraw

1. How to agree: tick the marketing email checkbox on the sign-up page (optional; it is not ticked by default), or turn on "Marketing emails" on your account page after signing in.
2. How to withdraw: you can withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) at any time, free of charge, in any of these ways:
   • Turn off "Marketing emails" on your account page after signing in
   • Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
   • Contact us at global@ohsungsys.com
3. Confirmation: when we process your consent or withdrawal, we let you know the sender, the date of your request, and the result. If you agree when signing up, we show the result on the sign-up completion screen; if you make the change on your account page, we show the result on that page right away. If you ask by email (using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us), we confirm the result by email.
4. If you withdraw and later want these emails again, you can opt in again on your account page.
5. If you delete your account, this consent ends too, and we won't send you marketing emails after that.

7. Checking Your Consent

Every two years from the date you agreed, we'll email you to check whether you still want to receive marketing emails. The email will include the sender, the date you agreed, and how to keep or withdraw your consent. You don't need to do anything to keep receiving them. To withdraw, use any of the ways in Section 6.

8. Additional Information for Users Outside Korea

1. Users in Japan: In accordance with the Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail, we keep records of your consent and show our name, address, and an unsubscribe contact in each email.
2. Users in the EU and the UK: The legal basis for processing your personal information to send marketing emails is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, and withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before you withdrew it.

9. Changes to This Document

If we change this document, we will post a notice on the Service's website at least 7 days before the change takes effect. For important changes, such as sending other kinds of information or using other ways to send it, we will ask for your consent again.

Supplementary Provisions

This document takes effect on October 23, 2026.
